How Two Girlfriends Reacted During Burial of KDF Soldier After Being Introduced to Mourners

The burial ceremony of Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) soldier Emmanuel Kibiwott was marked by deep emotion, solemn reflection, and a brief unexpected moment that drew the attention of mourners and members of the public.

Family members, close friends, fellow servicemen and women, and local residents gathered to bid farewell to the fallen soldier, whose life and service to the nation were remembered through prayers, hymns, and heartfelt tributes. 

The atmosphere throughout the ceremony was heavy with grief as speakers took turns to describe Emmanuel as a disciplined, humble, and dedicated individual who took pride in serving his country.

Emmanuel Kibiwott’s sister, while giving her tribute, revealed to the mourners that her brother had two girlfriends. 

She then invited the two women to stand so that they could be acknowledged by the family and those in attendance.

The announcement immediately caught the attention of the crowd. A wave of murmurs spread across the gathering, with some mourners reacting with soft, uneasy laughter while others looked on in surprise. 

Such revelations are rare during burial ceremonies, which are typically reserved for solemn remembrance, and the moment created a mixture of emotions among those present.
