The CS, who was speaking about the issuance of IDs in the region, said they have a lot of children because they also marry a lot of wives.
He thanked President Ruto for making it easy for them to acquire IDs.
He also slammed former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, saying that he is never going to run for any public office until his impeachment is overturned by a court of law.
The CS was responding after the former deputy president of Kenya said he was preparing to meet President Ruto in the upcoming presidential debate ahead of the elections.
CS Duale responded by slamming the former deputy president of Kenya, whom he accused of failing to do his job, leading to his impeachment.
He affirmed that the Presidential debate is meant for candidates who are duly elected and not those who have been impeached for failing to do their job.
On the upcoming general elections, Duale said that the President will get a second term, adding that the current leaders of the United Opposition can't fill any stadium in the country due to lack of popularity.
