Popular TikToker Eugenia West has confessed to meeting the viral Russian man, known as Yaytseslav, in his apartment on the occasion when he visited Ghana.

In one of the videos posted on her official account on Saturday, February 14, 2026, West claims that she had visited his apartment, but it is not what people think.

She also said that it was a way of cleaning her name in anticipation of the release of any of her videos by Yaytseslav.

The TikToker also asked people not to judge her after the video has been published, saying that they are not aware of the motivation behind her going to his apartment.

This confession was made by West following the threat of legal action by the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection (MoGCSP) of Ghana after the Russian man had sexual relations with some of the Ghanaian women and recorded videos of the actions and posted them online without the consent of the women.

On a statement made on Saturday, February 14, 2026, the Public Affairs Unit of the Ministry announced that initial evidence shows that the person might not be under the jurisdiction of Ghana at the moment.

The ministry however highlighted that this does not diminish the gravity of the behaviour and the need by the state to undertake accountability.

The use of intimate images without one another consent and sharing them is a criminal act and an open breach of personal dignity and privacy.
